Special Place, Wonderful Stay
The hotel was amazing...simply top notch. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the setting to the food, we could not have wished for anything better. Went with 3 friends and I would love to go back with my husband. Sooo beautiful and serene and again, the staff made this one of our best resort stays to date.

This hotel was amazing. Perfect setting on the water. Great food options. Rooms and lobby were clean and charming. The massage I got was great. Shuttle service to town was easy and available. Finally, Maria at the front desk was the best. She gave us options, and set up a great plan for us for the 3 days that we were there. She made our stay perfect!!

Beautiful hotel. Old school property but not in a bad way. We stayed for four nights and didn’t really leave. The food is great and the area near the water is pretty magical. Sunsets here are great. Service is exceptional. That being said, the hotel isn’t brand new or modern but who cares? I’d recommend and return for sure.

Healthy, delicious, plentiful breakfast I’m lined with your room, exceeds expectations. Beautiful grounds, multiple pools, gorgeous rooms with the most comfortable beds. The location is walkable to many nice spots and plenty of restaurants. The restaurants at the resort are very good. Splurge for the Michelin Stared places, because the other restaurant, is good but still expensive, pay the extra and have something great. Service is good, especially the housekeeping staff. The spa is fabulous! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Fantastisk sted
Et utrolig dejligt hotel med skøn morgenmad. Har aldrig før fået en introduktion til morgenmadsbuffen. Det var vi glade for. Det var spændende med en viden om de forskellige specialiteter, der blev serveret. Alt var lækkert ved morgenmaden. Ved poolen var der creme og aftersunlotion. På toiletterne var der bløde servietter til at tørre hænderne mm. Personalet er helt utrolig venlige. Skønt med en shuttlebus der hele tiden kører mellem by og hotel. Som gæst møder man, overalt hvor man kommer, stor opmærksomhed og venlighed. Skal man nævne noget, der kunne gøres anderledes, er det, når man skal spise. Her behøvede vi ikke en tjener til at hælde op i vores vandglas😊 Priserne på drikkevarerne ved poolen syntes vi var for dyrere. 10 eur for en flaske vand…mm.

Beautiful location
This resort is located in an unbeatable location with a magnificent view over the sea and other islands. The service is friendly but lacks professionalism at times, especially in the Michelin-starred restaurant Il Cappero where we felt rushed through the 10-course tasting menu and where service was alternately over-bearing (having the staff stare at you while you're eating) but also inattentive (staff didn't notice that a glass of water had been spilled and rarely topped up our wine). The fabric of the hotel is also somewhat disappointing, especially given the extremely high price point for the accommodations. The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious and in general the hotel is showing its age. The pool and sea swimming areas are very beautiful but the facilities in them are in a poor state of repair, with showers not working and all the water jets in the heated pool not functional. Overall, this is definitely the best hotel on the island, but it is significantly over-priced given the state of repair of the property and the inconsistent service. The food is excellent but expect to pay significantly more than on the mainland.

Das Hotel lebt von seiner Lage und Ausstattung, die sind toll. Die Mitarbeiter sind zum Teil sehr freundlich aber zum Teil auch nicht sehr professionell. As Zimmer war gut und sauber. Der Fitnessraum leider nicht sehr sauber. Das WLAN ist im Zimmer schwach. Die Preise für Getränke und Speisen sind etwas überteuert für die gebotene Qualität. Ein schönes Haus aber der Gesamteindruck ist nicht ganz überzeugend.
