Our room overlooked the back of the hotel and was quiet. The room was well serviced everyday. The breakfast/brunch was delicious and had excellent variety - including waffles and pancakes. Very happy to have espresso in the room. The best eating and entertainment options as well as main Poznan sites are a short tram ride away. The tram stops right in front of the hotel. We had a car and found the lot behind the hotel more convenient than the underground parking at the Sheraton. Hotel parking spaces are pricey and very tight.

Out of all of the places I’ve traveled throughout the world I have to say this hotel is second to none. The staff members are very professional. they are also very kind and just great people. The rooms are very clean. The areas surrounding the hotel is thriving. The food is impeccable. There’s just so much I can say about this hotel, so consider yourself lucky if you can stay here because if I had it my way I would live here that’s how wonderful everything is

Nice property Beware of the Taxi drivers that say their credit card machines are working and then get to your destination and hoot and holler about the machine not working. Then request to take you to the ATM to take cash out. Happened twice to me at this hotel.

I stayed in suite 524 here. The bedroom backs on to the elevator shaft and is incredibly noisy, all night. It sounds like a foghorn. In addition to this, I put on a bathrobe after a shower to discover long blonde, ginger and brunette hairs all over me. They came from the bathrobe, and it appeared to have never been cleaned. It was truly disgusting. The hotel could only move me to a smaller room with a shower inside a bathtub, which I would have struggled to get in and out of (my main reason for booking the suite to begin with) so I had no option to stick with the room I had. I purchased my own towels elsewhere and used those. The club lounge is a converted small room, stuffed with tables and warm drinks. I didn't use it. Not a great experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this hotel

This was a very disappointing experience as the hotel used to be better. First, we weren’t able to access the garage. When we asked someone to let us enter, we were asked for a garage reservation! This should have been mentioned in the hotel description but was not! At check in, we enquired about a secured outside spot, but were told by a rather unfriendly lady that none were available. However, when we returned to the hotel after midnight, at least half of the spots were available! This was very frustrating as we were forced to park on the street away from the hotel. This could have been a security issue as the streets were deserted and the area did not seem very safe. The room did not leave a good impression either as it was cold, came with a severely stained towel, had very uncomfortable pillows, offered a TV the size of a large book, had no power outlet by the bed, and showed signs of aging. We will not return!

Hotel managent has lost connection with the earth!
Terribly old hotel, old and unpleasant rooms, I completely do not understad who decided to award this hotel with 5 stars- I would give it maximum 3 stars. Basic, old, used furniture, dirty walls in the rooms missing basic amanitis which are standard in 5 times cheaper places, such as bidet in the bathroom, bag for dirty clothers, slippers, not to mention a bathrobe. Two small samples of body wash for double occupancy of the room was not enough to clean half of my chest, for sure not to take complete showers. No shampoo or body was dispenser on the wall, so common in majority of hotels nowaday. Now the biggest joke- we wr offered to watch old movie (Mamma Mia or Johny the Bean) for only 130 PLN which is much more than 30 USD. Parking cost almost the same amount ("just" 120 PLN)- that is why I think management lost connection with the earth. . No breakfast buffet, just choice of 6 dishes, scrambled eggs served half an hour later cold, even though that it was just two customers in the breakfast room. Guy served us with no upron, in private jeans and private jacket. It is not something you expect from 5 stars hotel, it is more motel standard. Far from old market square. Very nice and polite front dest personnel but it is not enough for us to return.
