The hotel was great and the staff were wonderful but the bed was horrible. Stayed for two night and didn't sleep for two nights. The most important two things for me are cleanliness and a good bed but I only got 1out of 2.

Havde ringet på forhånd for at høre om parkering i p kælder da vi skulle på whisky messe. Fik at vide at vi sagtens kunne få bilen ind om formiddagen. Vi ankom kl. 9, og da det blev min tur fik jeg at vide at jeg ikke kunne få et kort til p kælder før værelset var rent i systemet...det var åbenbart besværligt og jeg blev kørt ud på et sidespor, og så tjekkede hun 4 andre gæster ud. Ja hun var ny, men en anden medarbejder tog til sidst beslutningen om at jeg måtte låne hendes medarbejder kort, så vi kunne få bilen ind...tak til hende Hotellet var dejligt og der var lidt kaos til morgenmaden, men der var også mange gæster...men de knoklede godt 👍
