A true 5 star oasis away from the grime of downtown Cebu! You’ll feel Iike royalty but I had a few hiccups—the toilet didn’t flush, my room service attendant brought a bottle of wine and left it with me closed as she advised she couldn’t open it. I asked for room service plates to be picked up after I finished and they didn’t come so I left my plates outside the door and they stayed there for over a day. Still, the breakfast spread was great and the hotel is lavish.

The facility was top notch. Plenty to do as a destination resort with many activities and facilities. The staff in EVERY interaction was phenomenal, friendly and helpful.
