The hotel staff needs to be better trained, check-in process was lousy and long with not too many guests either! The manager took an undue advantage by charging us extra on top of what we paid due to occupancy issue. Employees didn’t look excited for their job, room service was late and had to follow up couple times! The list goes on and on. We experienced in one night stay - so think twice before staying here
