Okay, but...
The room was clean and comfortable but outdated. The shower switched to colder and hotter by itself which was irritating. We ordered room service, and the soup was very good, but the tacos were terrible. The front desk service and concierge/bellboy's service were outstanding.

Great Mid_Range Hotel
HRM is a lovely, well-kept property that has clean, mid-range rooms in a fantastic location in San Miguel de Allende. it's not hyper-luxurious like the Rosewood, but it's a great family hotel with a lovely swimming pool. They are renovating at the moment, so the fitness center was closed. Their restaurant is okay (there are better options in town) but their staff is polite and highly professional. We really enjoyed our stay!

The quality of the hotel has dropped a lot, the rooms are dirty, the toilets in the bathrooms are disgusting and the carpets are stained, probably because it is pet friendly and there are dogs barking everywhere, and the food is bad, which is a shame because it is well located and it was not like that before.

The bathroom was extremely dirty, you can see, that they didn’t clean the toilet, for years The carpet was with a lot of stains, the two beds had different duvet cover, and they looked very odd, as the same as the towels They had a party in the garden of the hotel, and, you couldn’t sleep until, one in the morning It was not a pleasant stay at all
