On day one we checked in. The woman working the counter was great. She was there each time I was in the lobby. No complaints about her at all. We put all of our food in the mini fridge. Work up the next morning to discover that the mini fridge didn't work and all our food was spoiled. Mentioned it to the staff and they said they would look into it. They didn't. Half of the electrical outlets in the room didn't work. We had a room with a whirlpool tub in the living room. We couldn't get the drain to plug but discovered that there was an old cherry pit and stem peventing it from closing. Gross.

My kids loved the pool slide they have and the walking trails back behind the hotel. The hot tub was enjoyable but it drained slowly when plugged. The service was good and staff was friendly.
