It’s a very convenient location right near the Centre of town. I did on arrival wait a very long time while the reception manager fiddled about and didn’t just ask me to wait or he’d be a short while . Other than that, it was amazing. The breakfast needs a special mention. It’s superb

we had a great room, actually a suite. The two guys on reception were seriously miserable and made no effort to help us. When we ran out of milk sachets for the coffee machine my wife went to reception to ask for some more and he huffed and puffed and was very unhelpful. He needs some customer service training!!

The walls in the hotel are very thin. You can hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms - television, telephone calls. This is very disturbing if you are there for work as sleep is disturbed. However the staff are very responsive and in the event of a complaint act very quickly. The breakfast is excellent

Our room overlooked the Park and the hotel is 5min walk to the central Pedestrian area full of shopping, drinking and dining options… The room and all the facilities, bathroom, bed, terrace, etc. are good. I use the hotel each time I’m in Albacete. The rooms are always very clean and spacious, breakfast choices good and served until 10:30 during the week. Situated in front of the main park of Albacete ideal for an evening stroll. Various good restaurants are within easy reach. Hotel secure parking at rear of the building.
