Lovely location
This is a nice little hotel nestled between a bay of the Adriatic and an Aleppo Pine forest (with trails) in Lapad, just outside downtown Dubrovnik. It has an outdoor pool with views over the bay. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Easy bus ride on the #4 city bus to and from Pile Gate; bus stops 100 yards away around the corner. Walk to the water in 5 minutes. Quiet, away from the crowds of downtown. Really enjoyed it!

Very close to the beach! The morning staff/afternoon were very kind and helpful. The room was not the same as advertised, but our room was very clean and had a good ac. Not in the main building, so no elevator (was traveling with my senior mom, not ideal but we made it work). Staff carried our luggage when we checked in. Close to the bus stop to the old city (number 4). Fine dining options were in walking distance as well as a convenience store.

Very good hotel.
Great location with small beach nearby and pool onsite. Bus to city is very close and breakfast is very good. Rooms are good but a small fridge would be a nice addition. If you have bags this is a great option. The old city is a nightmare if you have bags.

Great view and price
Super nice room with a gorgeous view of the sea and beach. My particular building on 3rd floor only had steps. That was fine with me. Great location for restaurants, shops and bus to old down Dubrovnik. I would come back to this hotel again. Breakfast was darn good as well. 3min walk to the beach.
