Pat’s fans take on Nashville
Great location, 1 block off Broadway, comfortable bed, having a kitchen & laundry was a bonus. Easy walk to Nissan stadium & many Nashville attractions. Would suggest more lighting in the living room & better lighting in the bathroom. The TV was difficult to operate, actually had to point remote directly to the Apple TV which was behind the tv to change channels/ volume. Not a huge deal since we weren’t in Nashville to watch tv but was trying to catch the end of a World Series game. Would definitely stay here again!!

The building itself was fine. The elevator was however very glitchy. Buttons were hard to register a push, and you rode aimlessly for periods. But mostly the unit was just fine for what we needed.

I am disappointed with condition of unit we stayed in. When visiting Nashville we always stay here as well as our friends and family. This trip the unit was not cared for. The building itself is great and location is awesome. We always feel safe and secure. The unit however was not the best condition .The closet door was off track,molding falling off in kitchen and scuff marks all over the walls. Better attention to maintenance is needed. It was clean however. Parking is easy but I was charged by lot even though it was supposed to be validated during my stay.

Loud and Noisy. Hopefully you don't need to sleep
Pictures were very deceiving. Did not have a view of the city. Had a view of the BofA Parking lot. Not a lot of light, but a tremendous amount of noise. Garbage truck collects EVERY night at 3AM. And those metal garbage bins are not quiet when they are lifted and dumped. Windows are very think. Can hear people just walking on the street - and we were four floors up.
