Unsafe Area Do Not Stay here
We stayed 1 hour and are still waiting on our request for a refund. Hotel was in a very dangerous location. Very unsafe. Cab driver didn’t even want to drop us off. Cannot be out past 6:00 pm or risk a mugging. Very disappointed.

Great boutique hotel, central and quiet
Great boutique hotel in a central location and also near the main train station. Hidden from the main noisy streets but very central.
Excellent service, the staff is very polite and professional.
Clean and spacious rooms.

Naples hotel
Decent hotel, very helpful staff, breakfasts a bit meager, good location for central station but not so good for other parts of Naples. Overall, good value hotel.

We had a phenomenal stay at Hotel San Pietro. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was pristine and the areas inside the hotel are lovely. The breakfast was especially impressive. The one drawback is that the streets immediately surrounding the hotel are quite gritty and rough. This has nothing to do with the hotel but coming to and from the hotel was undesirable. Once you are in the hotel, everything is beautiful and safe.

The property is very close to the train station if that is what you need. It's a little longer walk to the main attractions, but definitely doable. The hotel is fine and the hotel staff was friendly. They offered to hold our luggage until check-in, while we went on a walking tour. The room was clean and the art was quirky. The bed was firm and I like a little more cushion/softness. The patio was lovely and opens at 6PM for cocktails/lounge and 7AM for breakfast. The breakfast was a typical continental and was appreciated.

The standard single room was small and basic. There was no luggage rack and no drawers. For a 3-night stay, this was inconvenient. The surrounding neighborhood is sketchy: on one side were loiterers but on the other side one is only a block from the main street. It is also very convenient to the historic center with churches and museums. The staff were very attentive; the front desk was always serviced by a helpful person. This enhanced the sense of security. The internet was spotty, but the staff encouraged me to phone the front desk at any time of the day or night to reconnect. This was an economical choice; not luxurious, but the advantages outweighed the challenges. Tip: Luggage racks are a necessity.

A lovely hotel unfortunately in a terrible slum type area. The hotel couldn’t have done any more for us. However the area didn’t feel safe and was frankly horrible.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and all the staff were very friendly. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast on the roof terrace. We were disappointed with the bar, which was just the understaffed dining room and there did not appear to be any bars or many restaurants in the area.We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the railway station but this also meant it didnt feel the safest of areas.

If you want to be close to the main train station, the hotel is a short walk.
The bed was comfortable but the a/c wasn’t working properly and the room was sometimes too warm. Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels. The hotel itself was quiet.

Just ok
The hotel was ok. It was very near the train station which was nice. The shower was awesome. However the room was just ok- pretty small and not that comfortable. The linens weren’t great. The area around the hotel was a bit overwhelming.

Nice hotel, brilliant staff, average breakfast
Very nice hotel, brilliant staff, average breakfast.
Be warned that the rooms do not necessarily reflect the picture. Junior suite pictures show a separate bathroom with a big bath and rain shower. We had no bath, and a standard shower and toilet in the same room as the bed.

Staff was very friendly and hotel breakfast was good with lots of options. Beds were comfortable and shower was excellent. Beautiful rooftop patio.
Area around the hotel is a bit sketchy with lots of garbage (a common theme in Napoli). Faint sewage smell throughout the hotel. Hotel wifi was slow and we were not able to stream video.
