Great Value but Not Luxurious
Coral Strand is one of the only hotels that truly is on the beach. The hotel in general needs updating badly but the amenities served their purpose fine. We asked for well-blended piña coladas, but the staff did not understand how tourists prefer their drinks. Mahek restaurant is the best for lamb curry. Find other food elsewhere.

Lovely location, easy walk along the beach and to local restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly, allowed us to access to business lounge when we arrived early and allowed late checkout and use of facilities while we waited for our departing flight.
