We were a bit sceptical about the hotel after reading reviews about the food and rooms. We stayed six nights and upgraded to all inclusive. It was myself, my 14 year old and my 11 year old. The hotel is located in a small quiet bay where you can walk to restaurants and shops where you can potter about. The all inclusive food had a great selection with plenty of fresh meats, fruits and salads. The snack bar served fresh food throughout the afternoon. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the hairdryer in the room was faulty when we got there and was quickly replaced. We throughly enjoyed our break. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we can not fault any of them. I would definitely come back.

Check in was very easy. Reception staff very good. We didn’t need our room cleaned every day but when we spoke to house staff they would clean our room. A bonus having a fridge in room. Restaurant staff are work very hard & quick to clear plates away. Bar staff work very hard. It’s a shame people don’t return their plastic glasses to bar. Tables could be wiped down more often. Well done to Javi & all bar staff. We have stayed at the hotel before & will hopefully be coming back next year. Thank you.
