Ratings Are False. Unsafe.Uninhabitable. Bad Smell
Rooms are cleaned with an overbearing industrial cleaning fluid. Sickening smell. Couldn't stay 30 mins with window wide open. I travel often for business. Changing room did not help. Also, wall was kicked in. TV stand severely damaged. Man in lot with hoodie looking into cars. I have to 2 prepaid days and booked elsewhere.

Needs better heating for cold nights
Heater was off so it was freezing upon arrival. Not proper planning for the heating system. The heater just blew the hot air towards the bed which was not comfortable. The washroom was cold all night. On the plus side, the parking was ample and nearby.

Took my money
Not so amazing. Got there around 1230am. Manager has locked himself out of the office. Had to wait another 20mins. to get checked in. In the morning, realized this was a live in residential type Inn. There was drug activity amongst the tenants. And room was not represented well from the listing photos. I didn't want to stay a second night so I left that morning. To make things worse, they placed a hold on my money to reserve the room. I have never experienced that with Hotels.com. They never released or returned the money as I was told would happen. So I ended up paying for 3 nights when I only stayed 1. Hands down one of the worse places I have stayed.
