To clarify the very confusing check in info listed, there *is* a reception desk but it is only open from 8 to 12 and 3 to 8.
We received an email asking if we wanted to pay for early check in. I wrote back to say yes and clarify if there was even a reception desk, but received no response. We showed up blind to discover the actual hours, and had to lug our bags around for 2 hours waiting for them to open.
The photos of the rooms are very generous. It was small and cramped, and there is no shelf with decorative objects. That shelf houses kitchen supplies, although I'm not sure why you would need 15 plates in a room that barely fits 2 people.
Also be aware that there is no housekeeping. We were staying for 5 days, so this was frustrating.
The biggest issue with the room is that the is nowhere to hang any clothes, not even a hook on the wall for a coat.
A fan would have been nice too, it was unbearably hot in the room. The window does open, but we were on the lowest floor and didn't feel comfortable sleeping with it open. A higher floor might not have this issue.
Overall there were no little details that made this a good hotel, just frustrations. The only positive thing I can say is that it was cheap.
