However, this time we've had almost no access to the internet service from the room and the hotel breakfast/dinners were very mediocre in comparison to last visits.

The place is ok, the buffet of breakfast and dinner is ok. I chose this hotel because it has warm spring pools on-site. However, we did not be able to use the spring pool. There is a perminant post on the wall states that they close the pool at 2pm every other day to change the water. We went there at 1pm so we could have 1 hour in the pool. But we were told the pool was closed at 1pm that day. They seems to close any service at any time they like. This is terrible.
