Not Hilton worthy
Our flight was scheduled for a late arrival at 1.45am Fri night/Sat morning. Because of that, we wanted to confirm ahead of time whether the complimentary airport shuttle would run that late. We called the Front Desk a total of 12 times on Friday throughout the day. Only one of those calls late in the evening was answered. All other calls were cut off after a 5min wait due to no one a the Front Desk answering the phone.
The Airport shuttle driver treated the shuttle like his personal taxi speaking to his buddy on speaker phone in Hindi the entire time. No regard to guests.
We checked in at the Front Desk around 3am. No greeting. No smile. No customer service. The key we were issued for our room didn't work. I went back down to the Front Desk, only to find three other guests in the exact same situation.
The Front Desk staff managed to issue wrong keys for 4 parties of guests at 3am in the morning. We were issued keys for a different room altogether. Perhaps were were initially issued keys for a room that was already occupied. Who knows.
This stay had nothing in common with what you would expect from a Hilton brand hotel.
