Very basic stay

The room is very basic with nothing extra. There is no seating available. If I want to read, I have to use the bed since there is only one chair, which isn't comfortable for long periods of reading or watching TV. Also, there is no coffee machine or facility to boil water, and the room service will charge your hot water. The hotel informed me that they do not provide this service. This is not comfortable and unusual for me compared to other hotels I have stayed in with the same rating.

Lugar maravilhoso! De longe o melhor lugar que eu já fiquei no Rio de Janeiro. Além do hotel ser super completo o restaurante do hotel é maravilhoso. O processo do check in demora um pouco e poderiam automatizar tudo, mas o hotel é excelente.

Foi a terceira vez que fiquei na rede windsor, ano passado foi no oceânico ( de frente ). Ótimo atendimento , café da manhã excelente , bem como a higiene do quarto. Só fiquei meio frustrada pq pedi um ferro de passar roupas emprestado e só aí descobri que é cobrado o serviço , pra passar cada peça de roupa fica bem caro e é cobrado por peça. Foi frustrante pelo fato de que ano passado tbm pedi um ferro de passar no windsor oceânico e lá não era cobrado, então achei que o padrão muda muito de um hotel para outro mesmo se tratando de rede. No mais minha estadia foi ótima

Hotel bem localizado e entrega o que promete. A minha avaliação porém não é nota 10 porque durante a noite acordei com aproximadamente 10 picadas na perna do que parecia ser percevejos e/ou pulgas. O quarto parecia limpo, porém a minha estadia foi prejudicada por conta desse evento. Avisei a recepção sobre isso na hora do checkout e eles ficaram de avaliar a limpeza do quarto.

O hotel fica em uma localização excelente, próximo ao posto 3 (é só seguir reto, aproximadamente uma quadra até a praia) e próximo existem mais dois hotéis da rede, o que deixa a rua movimentada a todo momento, você se sente seguro para transitar a qualquer horário do dia nessa região. O café da manhã é excelente. A acústica deixa a desejar, conseguimos ouvir muito barulho do corredor e de outros quartos. A limpeza é mediana, possui rinite alérgica e somente no primeiro dia não tive crises. Mas por já ter estado em outros hotéis no Rio, percebi que é um problema local, não dão a devida atenção a limpeza dos quartos. Creio que ar condicionado de tubulação tbm contribui, pois não é fácil fazer sua manutenção/limpeza. Cama meio mole, travesseiros bem ruins, seria bom trocar.

Viagem em família com bebê

Me hospedei com minha família. Como estávamos com nosso bebê, precisamos de esterelizar mamadeiras e esquentar a papinha dele uma vez ao dia e, em todos os momentos, fomos bem atendidos. A única crítica se refere à uma solicitação feita do quarto, precisávamos de um garfo para amassar a fruta do nosso bebê, avisaram que não era gratuito, o empréstimo tinha custo de R$11,00. Para um hotel desta categoria é lamentável esta cobrança, deveriam rever, se não fosse isso teria sido tudo perfeito. Gostaria de deixar um agradecimento especial ao Johnny do Restaurante, durante toda a nossa estadia ele nos acolheu com toda atenção e cuidado, sempre perguntando se precisávamos de alguma coisa, funcionários assim devem ser valorizados.
