The hotel and service was good. Only noted downside, although a great service, was that the transfer bus driver was driving uncomfortable fast. Bags and people was thrown inside the bus. Very uncomfortable and scary. Need to improve this

Stayed here for one night during an extended layover. Before arrival, I double-checked the shuttle bus arrangements on the hotel website and we also received an email with the same information - a shuttle bus would take us to the hotel from a stop outside terminal 4 every 30 minutes. 5 minutes before scheduled departure, at 21:35, we arrived at the bus stop. 21:50, called the hotel and waited 15 minutes until someone replied. We were referred to another bus stop; we were unsure we were gonna make it to the new place before the next bus (22:10) and asked if the person on the phone could ask the driver to wait us. We missed that bus as well. No bus showed up at 22:40. At 23:15, a bus finally arrived to pick up us and several other angry travelers. In the meantime, every other hotel shuttle bus had passed by at least 2 times. Absolutely inexcusable to run such an unreliable transfer service and not update the instructions on their website and in the welcome email. Room itself was clean although pretty outdated. Breakfast was okay.

Vi hade mailat och fått bekräftat svar att en frukostpåse skulle kunna handhållas pga tidigt flyg. Receptionisterna svarade relativt otrevligt att det var omöjligt, trots att mailet intygade detta. Alla sängar var inte bäddade och rummet var mycket varmt.

Det är alltid lätt på Aiden Arlanda. Man kommer dit checkar in och parkerar bilen där, man kommer hem checkar in och åker hem. Transferbuss till arlanda en gång i halvtimmen. Enkelt och bra passar oss perfekt.
