The check-in went smoothly ad efficiently. The receptionist, Innis, was extremely friendly and hejpful. She patiently answered all questions and readily provided all the information a traveller would want. She even booked an Uber for me to take me to airport. Self check in was very smooth as arrived later at night. The room had everything it needed and was very clean with the possibility to leave the suitcase a little longer after check out. Really great location and super friendly and helpful staff.

The room was basic and had what we needed. We stayed on the 4th floor which only had one of the bathrooms open which was difficult at times due to other residents using it (the other stayed locked and appeared not to be available for guests). There was a kitchen on the 4th floor but it was also locked and not available to use so we had to use the one on the first floor. Great location, a bit noisy but did not bother us. Was told we could park on Rua de Flores by hotel staff and ended up having a boot on the car the next morning because it’s residential only. For the price is was completely fine

Very good location in the heart of Lisbon - close to the main streets with souvenir shops, restaurants, etc. The room is in a quiet building next to the busy streets. Everything needed for a short/long stay - coffee, common kitchen, good wi-fi connection, hair dryer, iron, etc. Easy contactless check-in/check-out process and polite and responsive receptionists.

Excellent location next the to busiest street in the city. Where in the world would you find a place so cheap in the busiest area of the city but it needs s lot of improvements Guys please improve the hotel so you can put the prices up. I will be happy to pay €70 a night to stay if improved. Very lovely people and thank you so much A lot of love

Great location & price. The receptionist could do with more charm but overall a great price quality range. This place is next to the pink street the most crowded area for young party goers, so if you're sensitive to noise avoid this place. If not go ahead!!

The staff were excellent. Lisbon is such a beautiful city. I’d be happy to stay here again, although I’d probably get a suite instead of the shared bathroom. If you’re not a sound sleeper then bring earplugs because it’s a party area and you’ll hear people down in the streets until the early morning. But if you’re a party person then you won’t find a better place in the city.

The accommodation was OK. It was clean, although I did find some hairs in my bed. Furthermore, some repairs need to be done in the room like electricity outlets hanging loose. The guest house is located very central! However, it’s a very noisy area. The who work there are really nice and helpful!
