The breakfast was not really there, one day only instant decaf with no sugar and two packets of creamers. I asked if it could be restocked but evidently not. The 2nd day only regular coffee and no cream or sugar I waited at the counter for 10 minutes, no one showed up. Everything else was satisfactory for the price

Quiet and comfortable basic stay for 4 nights. Room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom sink drained slowly, but it worked.

No Clean Room

We were unable to stay in the hotel. When we arrived for check in, the hotel informed us that while there were currently two rooms open, they were not available as their housekeeper had called out sick and the rooms were not clean. While the hotel did offer a refund, it has not yet been issued. We were traveling for business and thus checked in later. We scrambled running around to the other hotels in the area that were all booked, eventually having to drive 45 minutes out of town to find a hotel with an available room at a higher price than we were expecting.

The good: The bed was comfortable and the tv and refrigerator worked. Ice nope. Fork, plates, cups, nope. Are the cabinets attached? Some of them. Toilet in one piece? Nope. The least expensive option on 4th of July weekend felt like just that.

VERY old property that needs desperate update. Do not stay here with your kids! The property is dirty, lots of trash, terrible room conditions. Towels and sheets have stains. No dishes or silverware in the kitchen.

When arrive front desk staff stated that they did not have any rooms available due to low staff. The front desk attempted was a bit ride and did not care that we came from so far. I recently booked a suite here for family members, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The amenities were lacking - no plates, cups, or saucepan were provided, despite the description suggesting it sleeps 4 there was no sofa bed. When my guests, two senior citizens, requested a saucepan, they were given a rusted one. The receptionist was also quite rude when my guests, 2 senior citizens asked about additional amenities and even went to say they didn't care about the reviews. The breakfast options were limited to coffee and hot water, and they had to pay extra for WiFi. However, the location was convenient, and the housekeeper was polite. Overall, I would suggest that the suite's amenities and services be reviewed to better meet the needs of guests otherwise they are selling hot air.

I arrived a little early. Waa unable to check in at 3p. Rooms were not available. There was no one at the front desk for my to check out. I had a 5a flight and needed to leave by 230a. I left a note with my room key at the desk in order to not miss my flight! Ms Antoinette was nice, but very short staff.
