Was wonderful, the hotel have a train station in front the main entrance, because is not near from the downtown but is only 15 min by train or 5 in taxi, the room was nice and the breakfast was very complete :)

This is a lovely place. Close to everything and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is awesome and cozy. Breakfast is really good, love the touch of Prosecco. It all so have a good variation. Advice to people before checking in: You will get a mail in advance, we stongly STRONGLY advice you to fill in the form just to speed things up.

Very close to all main sightseeing attractions with most only being a 20 min walk away. Very modern hotel with decently sized rooms. The room could do with a dusting underneath the beds but apart from that it was clean and well kept.

The bed and linen quality were really comfortable and helped to have a great nights sleep. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and as a group of 4 there was something for everyone. We all ate well. The service and choice at the rooftop bar the previous evening was also a high standard and the staff very friendly and made us welcome. I would stay here again.

Terrible guest relations, insolent receptionists
First of all, In 2 short night stay, we had terribly bad service. Some receptionists behaviour was so annoying. - There is no ‘real’ double bed option in hotel. They just gather the twin beds for double bed option as you can see in photo. And after when you ask if is there any real double beded room types available , they reply like its routin standarts and shockingly we are the first ones to ask about this situation. - Our friend (another guest room) who has asthma, felt strong annoying smell in their room, saw a small surface mildews, also they gave the same standard answer. There is only one annoying receptionist in evenings, so you can walt for the check in line if smth needed to ask.

Just returned from an excellent weekend in Vienna. Made even better by the excellent hotel. Modern and clean, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent roof top terrace and bar highly recommended for early evening drinks. Metro/Underground station located right outside hotel made it a very accessible hotel to visit any part of Vienna. Staff went the extra mile delivering a small surprise birthday cake on my wife’s birthday.
