Lovely experience
We had a lovely stay at the Radisson Blu in Antananarivo! The staff were super helpful and accommodating. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they decorated our room with roses and made sure we felt special. They made everything easy. Too much luxe?
Beautifully clean and comfortable, but the eco-claims are not lived up to, with regard to replacing towels and the heavy covers on the beds which require one to put the air conditioning on. These things don't make sense in a country with water and electricity shortages. Very expensive food! The pre-authorization on my sister's bill was mistakenly run through the system so that she was overcharged, and the only way to solve the problem seemed to be to send the extra as a credit to the other Radisson where I ended up staying.
