This boutique hotel is outstanding. No words to describe it. It looks like a small hotel from a quaint town where history meets new things. Only 12 rooms and everyone is treated as family. Rooms are on a smaller size (European style) but it has all it needs and more. We booked last minute so we didn’t have an option, but I know there are bigger rooms (definitely book that one for our next trip). Location: couldn’t be better, city centre and walkable to many places, public transportation closeby, lots of places to eat, stores. We do recommend a car rental if you want to explore on your own farther away, but it’s not necessary. They have a kitchen that you could use 24/7 if you buy your own food in supermarkets, put away leftover takeout. We would but daily for our breakfast and lunch at local supermarkets and eat in their kitchen. Staff: Well that is the cherry on top!! The staff is more than amazing, no words to describe them and that is what made our stay out of this world. Heather, Misty, Tina and a couple of other ladies run the place amazingly. They are so friendly, wiling to go above and beyond, helpful, and loved to answer any questions we had or make suggestions for us to visit places. They made us fall in love of Juneau and the Silverbow Inn. We will come back again and definitely stay here!! Tip: If you plan to rent a car let the hotel know so they can save you a spot on their lot, there is street parking, but its better to have your spot. Thank you Silverbow!

I took one star off due to having to walk up three flights of stairs with my bags and toddler. The property was nice though and I wish I had time to enjoy the hot tubs. Staff was very friendly, and the restaurant next door was great.

Best hotel stay since before 2020
The bed was ultra comfortable, really liked the comfy mattress and individual duvets. Had the best self-serve healthy breakfast, just like at home! Laundry facilities were clean and our clothes came out smelling fresh. We loved the rooftop hot tub, had great views and enjoyed scheduling a private visit. Nice touches with teddy robes, shower steamer, and rubber ducky. Great location for shopping and dining too, especially In Bocca al Lupo next door to the hotel. The staff was also really helpful and friendly. Stayed in room 201 - a bit noisy but hey, it's right downtown.

This property was very cute! Our room was great with a comfortable bed. The breakfast included was fantastic. The only thing that was a bit of a hassle was hauling our luggage up the stairs. Overall, this place was great!

Walking distance to most and a majority of the staff was great. Property is a bit tired but warm and welcoming, bathroom was tiny and had no place for my toiletries and had no full length mirror. Breakfast was light but enough. Staff tried very hard to please guests.

This was my second time staying at Silverbow and I was less impressed than the first time. My room was in the older building and it was clearly outdated. Not horrible, just outdated. The queen rooms are extremely small, so don't book if you want to hangout in your room a lot. However, I was out working most of my trip so the size wasn't an issue. Even though the rooms are small, you cannot skip out on the amazing roof top hot tubs. Silverbow has thought of everything from robes, flip flops, and even umbrella hats.
