Our time in this hotel was excellent. It is a stone's throw away from the beach and close to a range of restaurants, shops and bars / clubs. The dinners at the hotel were especially impressive. Elements of the menu changed every day and always left us with pleasant surprises and new delicious food to taste.

A mixed bag. Location is excellent close to beach and great walks along promenade. Hotel is a little dated but overall okay. Buffet is generally good, however, coffee not great and please use real orange juice rather than concentrate. Plastic plants in the lobby don’t fit with hotels desire to be eco-friendly. Overall a good stay. Although, they don’t take Amex.

Very friendly, dedicated and professional hotel staff. The food was excellent, they offered a variety of different dishes. There are also vegan options like soy milk for your Cappuccino. Every evening live singers play in the nice hotel bar. We enjoyed that a lot! The location is really good - the beach is just across the streets. I can only recommend the hotel.

A perfect location to explore the Dunes of Maspalomas. Friendly staff and lovely facility and grounds. Food ( all inclusive) was pretty good, it would be the only area of any disappointment was the variety of options, particularly breakfast. All in all we were very happy! Good value for the money.

It is a great choice to experience the unique feature of the island, the sand dune along the coast. It is literally right out there for you to explore, so much fun.... The view from the balcony, the largest and best balcony I have seen, is exciting overlooking the ocean, the sand dune, the people, and stars in the sky at night... This place is like a fairytale! Everything is perfect and out of this world. The service is more than professional. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is 10 seconds away from the best beach in the island, and literally in the most beautiful region. Good View; but two tier guest system
We paid more than we normally would for a hotel and were let down overall. Breakfast was “ok”, tinned fruit should never be the fruit option and there were things from the precious nights dinner, such as croquets and vegetables at breakfast The hotel had a two tier system, with upgraded guests getting better sun space and dining, towels and bags. Makes you feel unwelcome in the hotel where you are there to relax at.
