Good location, a few details to note
Very convenient location opposite Lille Flanders station. Our room was at the back of the building and there were no issues with street noise.
The rooms are small - as many have stated but something to flag to anyone who is a larger individual - in our room, the toilet seat is fairly squashed between the vanity and the wall. We were fine but I think if you were bigger you would 100% struggle.
The other thing that I found was rather lacking - we asked for the room to be made up on one occasion, mainly because there was no toilet roll - like none at all. We left for a long day excursion and returned later to find the room had been made up but no toilet roll. It was late and concierge had left so we had to buy our own which felt really silly. It’s a very very very basic thing for room service to fix.
On that note about concierge - you don’t get a physical key. It’s not done through an app but a webpage. You’re given a QR code and expected to screen grab it or print it before you arrive. My phone almost died and the whole day I was worried about not being able to get back into my room if I returned after 9pm when concierge had left. Again, not necessarily dealbreakers but kind of wished I had know this before.
