Check in was good, front desk staff was helpful in guiding us to our room.
The room size was decent for our little family, but we didn’t spend much time in there. The TV was pretty small but had HDMI plug-ins. We listed 4 people on the reservation but they only prepared the room for 2. We had to call to ask for extra towels and wash cloths and unfortunately had to call 2 additional times. Those additional times, we had to call the front desk because housekeeping didn’t answer the phone. Ended up waiting about 5 hours. They also only provide one extremely flat pillow per person. I’d recommend taking your own pillows.
There wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner, just a bar of soap. Take your own shower tools and products. Water pressure was really good and the water ran hot.
Toilet was very low to sit on, which was okay for us but may not be for someone who has minor accessibility issues.
Tried to hit the pool when it opened but it didn’t get unlocked until 30 minutes after opening time. In fact, I had to call the front desk to ask for someone to come unlock it.
We ate breakfast at the buffet and it did not disappoint! Staff was friendly and the options were good. Very fresh fruit! They even had a cook making omelets, fresh eggs and pancakes.
