The hotel is new and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The room is tiny and very vanilla, small even by Tokyo standards. It is probably the smallest bath I have ever used (30 nights in Japan), I have average build but could barely turn around. The building is close to the JR station on map, but you actually have to cross the street on the next block, so it isn't that close. Area is quiet but safe at night. Give ~15 minutes time to catch a train from there.

It’s a great budget
As long as you realize it’s the spirit airlines of hotels it’s a good experience! The bathroom is really small which means as a larger human it was a little cumbersome taking a shower. But it was a clean room, a decent bed, and it had a desk for my junk! Not bad.

金沢出張
金沢駅からほど近い場所にあり、とても便利です。受付スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。当日ではなく予約時に、金沢の宿泊税も徴収していただけると嬉しいです。（出張費申請の為）。部屋にはアメニティなど必要最低限の物しかありません。体を洗うボディタオルも欲しかったです。モーニングは、品数も多くてしっかりいただけましたが、金沢周辺には近江町市場もあり、ホテルでモーニングを取らず市場で海鮮を食べに行っても良かったかなぁと後で思いました。
