本館で泊まりました。安かったので予約しましたが、アートホテルと違う建物だと思わなかったので、古すぎてとても残念。全室喫煙となっていたので、タバコ吸わない人には嫌かもしれない。ベットのマットのスプリングがギシギシ言ってて、快適ではなかった。残念。 温泉施設に入れることだけが、とても良かった。ヌルヌルのお湯でとても良かった。

快適に過ごせました。隣に大きなスーパーマーケットがあり買い物も楽しめました。施設の展望レストランが営業してなかったのは残念でした。しかし結婚式場もう備えていて、温泉もあり、おすすめのホテルです。

設備の古さは否めません。水道は混合栓ではなく独立型ですので、温度調整が難しく。カーペットや椅子もシミだらけです。経営母体が変わり今後のリノベーションに期待です。一階売店の店員の態度も恐ろしく高圧的で、おそらく客商売をやったこともない管理部門の方かと。神栖で1番のホテルでしたが、今では落陽一途です。
