Online the property said it was pet friendly then inside the office it claimed no pets were allowed. Additionally the bedsheets were stained overed and paper thin. The bed were clean but incredibly thin as well.

For the price it’s fine, but the doors aren’t sealed correctly so I kept having crickets coming into my room. I bring my own towel because you can look and see that the towels aren’t that clean.

Get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. Perfect for last min stop. Arrived at 10:30 and checked out at 0500 with no problems. Hated the smell. It was like baby powder and very old perfume.

I had to leave to return home to TN after the 1st night of a 2 night reservation. I checked out before checkout time. Front desk said Expedia could provide a refund of the second night. Expedia said that’s at the discretion of the hotel and called the hotel for me. Hotel refused a refund. I didn’t care much for the hotel lying to me in the first place. If they didn’t want to issue a refund they could have just told me they didn’t want to.

Smoky, harsh light, nothing works
Room smelled like smoke, lighting was very bright and harsh regardless of which lamp we used - we ended up having to use the bathroom lights and close the door partway just so we didn’t get blinded. Television would not work - learned that the phone did not work when trying to call the office about the television. Ultimately got it fixed, but took an hour of several random people in our room working with no urgency. Ended up having to reset the cable box and they realized they had given us the wrong remote. Had high expectations since this was affiliated with Best Western, but it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
