The best way to describe the property is that you get what you pay for. For budget minded people it’s completely fine. I think there remain some maintenance issues. The split system air conditioner was noisy and rattled against the wall. Either it’s been installed by a dodgy workman or it’s not been maintained. It’s a newer style so I suspect it’s the installation. It’s in a good location to be honest but it’s used by workmen as an accommodation when they are working away from home I think. So even when you are trying to have a reasonably quiet time you can hear them all chatting outside the rooms and swearing like they do. I’m not worried about the language, it’s just language but if they don’t consider the other people there it’s rude. I wanted to try here just because it was a cheaper option than the Quest. I didn’t hate it but I didn’t love it either unfortunately.

It is a motel and as such is what one should expect from a motel. On the positive side, the room was clean and, besides the door's deadbolt lock and 2 flickering lights, everything worked. I would stay again if needed.

I loved the kitchenette, the microwave, toaster and kettle. We could make breakfast in the room which was very convenient. The only negative, but very important was the mattress. Not comfortable, needs replacement. We stayed in room 31. Thank you
