Very clean and friendly check in staff
The check-in person was wonderful. The only problem we had was with the housekeeper. Check out time is 11:00 and the housekeeper opened our door at 8:30. My husband was coming to answer the door but she opened it to clean? Better communication is needed for who is actually checked out!!

The room was great, clean and great amenities. The only problem was checkout. There was no one at the desk for checkout and to get a statement. The only choice was online. When I checked out online, there was no verification that checkout was successful. I then received an email 2 hours later asking if I was checking out. I tried calling but there is NO phone number available for the Wall super 8, only the main reservation number for the corporation, which had a >45 min waiting time. This is very frustrating. It would have been better to receive the verification that I checkout was successful!

The air conditioner/ heater was 3 feet from the head of the bed at the level of head so direct air was blowing on us. We had to put a towel on it for the whole night. They should rearrange the room for sure. Plus no USB plug in's

Extremely clean room. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had at a hotel. Pillows were amazing. Great array of tv channels. Shower had good water pressure. Front desk staff extremely pleasant. Breakfast options looked decent, I didn’t try it.

Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly; the breakfast options were pretty good; the room was clean and included both a fridge and a microwave; close to good food and little shops Cons: The use of air freshener spray is excessive to the point of making me feel physically ill—we had to open our window for hours to make it even remotely tolerable; the air conditioner and the bathroom vent are very noisy

Nice place of air conditioning not needed
Room was clean. Bed was fine. Front desk was extremely polite. However, Air conditioner was extremely noisy. So either not sleep above the air conditioner noise or sweat to death.
