Nice Resort, watch out for the parking police
It's a great resort, nice pools, and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, they gave us a $70 parking ticket, because we parked on the yellow lines in the parking spaces. Not too happy about that.

Hidden fees and parking fees galore
Lots of hidden fees ..plus no mention of the $25.00 a day parking fee!! As we left we were also charged $20 which we were told a “hotels.com extra fee” .our tv and remote wouldn’t work when we got there.. it took 2 hours to fix ( they finally gave us a new remote .. not sure why it took that long to figure it out).

There was a giant urine stain on the pull out bed, the staff didnt change the bed out or change the room. My wife shared her bed with our daughter bc the pee stain on the pull out bed. They offered them a dinner but I am frustrated they didn’t fix it, change her room and took advantage of her niceness. We won’t stay here again.

The room is very plain and old. It also looked like it had never been cleaned properly. Everything needs to be updated. There are much nicer properties for cheaper, we will never stay there again. Plus the paid parking was terrible. $25 and extremely small stalls.

We had B302B, a one bedroom one bath condo with a balcony that overlooks the lawn, umbrella bar, and band stage. So killer. Had friends visit while the concert played. We enjoyed this unit. Parents were in B318 and didn’t like it as much as our place. They had landscape construction noise all day Mon-Fri.

The fact that an HOA not on site runs a lot of the stuff was frustrating, they ran out of towels at the pool half way through a Friday and never came in to replace them, so dripping wet cold kids were going back to rooms, getting the halls and elevator soaking wet. And with the HOA’s comes added fees you don’t know about until after you get there! That was frustrating! Parking another $25 a day. Not worth it! Better places to stay in park city for sure!!
