A hotel put together by someone in an office many miles away. Great on paper, poorly executed. Everything was half thought through, clearly untested, and poorly planned. Cancelling all 19 bookings for my arriving colleagues now.

Cleanliness was exceptional. It was very quiet. I did not like that you could not just turn on the tv for local programs. You had to use their app which I was unable to connect with.

Awesome weekend in old port Montreal
Property is well maintained and located in a very lively area with a lot of restaurants , shops, etc at its doorstep. Check in was easy and room was a nice sip with everything we needed for weekend.

This hotel is a robot. You never met a human for a week. They never clean the room. But the room was clean and the hotel is in a good situation in the city We called to have other towels and they give us rapidly some toes in a bag in front of our door so it’s just an efficient place

Smelled like cigarettes
We left the property due to intense cigarette smoke smell and no other vacancy for us to stay. The customer service line was never on the same page with the local cleaning staff, which made the process a nightmare. Thankfully we were refunded, but it was a real inconvenience to have to look for another place to move to within hours.

We spent our last night of honeymoon here and absolutely loved it. The area was vibrant but even with all the outside noise we we were able to sleep (the 5th floor and the noise machine helped a lot). We did have an issue with the Chromecast but the in-app chat service was great, as the issue was not easily solvable they offered to move to another room without hesitation.

Nice room. Good location. There is no staff onsite and the check in procedure online is a little involved. Figuring out how to get in and out of the building not clearly explained. Parking lots in the area expensive.

The property is located in a beautiful part of old Montreal and is very walkable to several attractions like Cirque du Soleil, Notre Dame, Place D’ Armes Metro station and the Port of Old Montreal. There is a great wine bar on the first floor that you actually have to walk through to get to the elevators (They have a pretty good shrimp roll). They can play loud music at times, but we could not hear it at all in our suite on the 3rd floor. As for the room, the photo shows 2 nightstands, ours had 1, which was annoying for my husband the have everything on the floor. The ceilings are quite high making the space feel a little more roomy, even though it is VERY small. The sheets had orange staining on them and the bed was rock hard. The bathroom was so tiny, there was no room to put anything on the edge of the sink, but thankfully it comes with some drawers for storage. The shower is set up poorly and does not have a seal at the door and water leaks onto the floor, there was extensive water damage evident in the wood flooring outside the bathroom from previous guests. With the water leaking onto the bathroom floor it started to gather near the toilet and turn yellow…. The grout was nearly black near the toilet, but white everywhere else, so it has never been scrubbed and the water was now full of urine and dirt from the grout. They only provide you with 1 towel hook meaning someone’s towel either hangs on the water shower door or over the toilet bowl near the hand towel.

The concept of using innovative technology might sound good, but this morning I couldn't get into the building - the keypad for entering the entrance code was not responsive. I called the virtual concierge and was not connected for 10 minutes (my guess is there was an outage). However, I was outside on a chilly morning, unprepared to wait so long to get into the building. The walls between the rooms are paper-thin - every word was audible, and my bed was slightly shaken when someone on the other side of the wall was walking. I've never experienced such a lack of privacy in a hotel.
