My overall stay at the hotel was good. I was greeted and my bags were brought to my room by Henry (I think that was his name.) He was very cordial. Good Breakfast. The front office staff could use more training when it comes to customer service. While checking in, my friend asked the manager if our rooms could be in the same floor. He rudely told her no, and that all the rooms were booked. He did not look and in their system and did not try to accommodate us at all. Also while checking in, I was overcharged. The amount was refunded to my card, and then when I noticed, they ran my card again, and my credit card company thought it was fraud. I had to hold up the line attempting to call my credit card company to settle the matter. Also, for two days straight, I asked for extra blankets for the room because it was cold. On my third night there I finally received extra blankets. Upon checking out, I informed the staff that I was in a hurry trying to get to the airport. The employee that was checking me out all of a sudden walked away from the front desk. He told me that he had to print my receipt. Then the manager comes and I ask him what the problem is, and that I was in a hurry. I told him I needed my receipt because I needed to get to the airport. He told me that they would email me the receipt, because they did not charge me the taxes. They were attempting to charge me more than the amount I made for the reservation. Overall, I liked the stay, but terrible customer service.
