Room design is functionally very poor.
No sockets at the bedside, and small bedside shelves. There were no extra pillows.
No tea or coffee facilities, no cups either just two paper cups in bathroom.
Toilet is on opposite side to bathroom, so to wash hands a long walk around the bed.
The fitted table design is very poor, with the desk+chair blocking the access to the window area at all times - you should reverse the desk and case storage areas.
Windows do not fit correctly and have no seals - 5mm gap in bathroom window when shut means a VERY NOISY experience with delivery traffic outside at 06:30. See photo of CLOSED window.
The bathroom to room is a glass wall with a 50cm gap at the top so the noise and light from the poor windows in the bathroom is disturbing. If you partner turns on the light in the bathroom, you will awake.
I would never recommend this property, and at EUR 155 it was simply crazy money.
I would say it is only ever one star at best.
The staff were excellent, and the room services and condition first class.
But so many flaws means it is not on my list for 2020.
Possibly the noisiest hotel I ever used for work or holiday - so it fails fundamentally as a hotel.
