Great Experience.
Everything was so clean and easily accessible. The lady that checked me in, was friendly and helpful. The bed wasn't comfortable for me, but you can't please everyone with everything. Thank you for a great first experience. I will definitely be there again, the next time I will be in that area.

This is a great spot. We stayed in a cabin to accommodate our entire family and it was well worth it. Whether you are there to enjoy the local lake fishing or adventures in crater lake (70 min away), it’s a nice spot. Staff was wonderful.

8/10 Very Good

Cute little place to stay by Odell lake or Willamette Pass ski area. Not much in the way of food nearby, but it was a cute, but plain, comfortable little cabin. There was wifi. Carpet was pretty stained and while we were there the furnace did not work until the repairman came, then in the morning our CO2 alarm went off, so we opened doors and windows to make sure we were safe.

Wonderful getaway
Very comfortable, clean, well maintained, located in the beautiful Cascade mountains. If you are driving from Mt. Shasta to Eugene or Portland this is a scenic alternative to I-5. It is exactly the same number of miles and hours as I-5 (check google maps if you don't believe me) and is a beautiful drive. Willamette Pass Inn is a great stopover along the way.

I will never use Expedia again, I came to find that you charged me $100 a night more than I would have paid if I would’ve booked directly with the hotel

Nice room with comfortable beds but no room service. Did not replace towels, clean up bathroom or make beds. Lady nice but said they do not offer that service because room has fireplace, kitchenette etc. much better if they offered basic room service.

The somewhat rustic, mountaineer decor in the room was well matched. The desk worker was kind and helpful.

Price removes future visits
I’ve stayed here many times in the past with good overall experience. I always appreciated the snack goodie basket in every room. In past years it was less than $150, it been a bit on the dated side for a while but not a major downside. My most recent stay cost $224 with taxes and the snack basket is no longer included! I understand inflation reaches everything eventually but the increase in price combined with the loss of the goodies (small perk) and wifi that only works when others are in bed makes this most recent visit my last.

It was avery pleasant place to stay! Us midwesterners were thrown off by no AC, but we survived!!😊 The staff were very kind and helpful. The area needs more places for breakfast and meals.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were nice. They need updating but it was okay for one night. The only complaint was that it was very loud. If you are looking for a quite place - this is not it.

Not clean
The place is in a good location. It has a coffee place and a restaurant nearby. All the furniture, carpet and the property itself looked like it was last cleaned 10 years back. Apart from the cleanliness (which is a huge deal travelling with a 2 year old) we did not have anything else to complain nor to be happy about.

Bathroom curtain is not very clean, pinkish mold on the bottom of curtain. I requested the room without pets, but the room I got was pet friendly, they didn’t explain it until I found it out second day night.
