A lovely hotel in a lovely location, the staff were very helpful even though English is not their 1st language communication was easy, breakfast was good and all of us enjoyed it The rooms were clean and comfortable the only minor point was the AC wouldn’t go less than 22 but even so it was comfortable enough. Kylpylä oli ihana. Kylpylän materiaalit vaikuttuvat laadukkailta ja ulkoasu muutenkin hiveli silmää. Yleisessä siisteydessä olisi parantamisen varaa. Pölyä ja likaa oli nurkissa. Hissit olivat likaiset, lasten leikkinurkkaus oli sotkuinen. Jäi vaikutelma ettei hotellissa osattu varautua niin suureen asiakasmäärään mitä loppiaisena oli. Hotellihuoneissa voisi olla mikro ja vedenkeitin. Lapsille oma leikkihuone olisi mahtava lisä. Varmasti tulemme uudelleen.
