I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience my spouse and I had during our recent stay at MZ HOTEL. We arrived at your establishment on [7-18-24] with high hopes for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon our arrival, we were dismayed to discover that the air conditioning in our room was not functioning. We were shocked that no one had bothered to inform us of this issue earlier, especially considering that we had left our bags and gone out to explore the city. When we returned to the hotel late at night, we were informed that the air conditioning could not be fixed immediately and that we would have to be relocated to another hotel for the night.
To make matters worse, no transportation was provided to the alternative accommodation, forcing us to walk late at night to the other hotel. The following day, we were informed that the air conditioning was still not working and that we would be refunded for the one night we had left. I provided all my bank information for the refund but have yet to receive any reimbursement for the inconvenience and additional expenses we incurred.
This entire experience has been a huge inconvenience and disappointment. Not only did we have to endure a night without proper accommodation, but we also had to bear the financial burden of finding alternative lodging out of pocket.
