Very poor noice control , downstairs are pubs while everybody singing and chatting loudly even at approx 12:00 AM, room no curtain to shade corridor lighting, no dark environment for sleeping at all. What’s worse was the shower room, malfunctioning water tap , very firm and hard to rotate for temperature adjustment, imagine you are unclothed to bath while frigid water and keep adjusting water tap to the right temp for 10-15 mins, even you are rinsing your body, suddenly boiling water or sudden freezing water…. Think twice prior to placing order, the only thing satisfying were the price and easy off street free Carpark, while need to be shared with the bar which is frequently occupied

Was disappointed with cleanliness of room and bathrooms. There were stains in both carpet in room and bathroom tiles. Stayed 2 night out of 4 because bar downstairs was extremely loud until 12 am, the bed was literally shaking from the music, which was disappointing as i was not aware of that happening. Room was extremly warm despite being moderate temperatures and ceiling fan only worked on 1 slow setting. Very dissatisfied

I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, but the property needs a good clean and refurbish. Start with the ceiling fans, just way to hot in the room

Place was not as advertised. While looks okay from outside, found bugs in room upon check-in and left immediately. When we confronted property manager, he promised a full refund but did not follow through when Expedia contacted him.

The pub was fine as it had the air con going even through that really wasnt enough when the weather outside is over 41 ° over the weekend just went by. When we went upstairs you really could feel the heat as our room was like a fire. The ceiling fan wasn't runing properly to even cool our room down. When you open the window in your room you can physically feel the outside air cons heat coming through to our room. This room cost $303 per night and its not worth even $100 dollars per night. We didn't feel safe either as the room door wasn't closing properly. This was massive safety concern for us. After we arrived when the concert was finished and outside was cooler we expected and hoped for our room to be at good tempreture as no way we could of had any sleep. Unfortantly our room was still to hot to sleep in and we notice we had cockroches in our room too. We made the decision to check out from our hotel room that same night. We couldn't find anyone to say something or hand the key back. I will be asking for my money back for the worst experience of my life and causing unessary stress on everyone that had to deal with many problems with this hotel. If I could give no stars I would have. In this heat wave hotels like these shouldn't be a loude to give out comadation until they have instoled air cons up stairs and fix the door for safety of the customers.

Hotel decided to schedule renovations on the floorboards downstairs at 10pm on a Sunday until roughly midnight, why when you have guests staying upstairs?

It’s a pub!
Taking into account that this is an old style pub with share bathrooms we enjoyed our stay and slept well in the comfortable beds. It’s a popular pub with good food so expect a bit of noise at night. Some things can’t be helped- it’s a pub, and a nice one at that!
