Ok stay - service needs a little coaching
Would have given a higher rating but the main reason we chose this hotel was a free shuttle. I confirmed when I booked and was assured they would be available at 10:45pm because the driver “is there til midnight”. We called at 10:45 and were told the “driver already went home.” No apology - no offer to do anything to make up for it. In fact, AT MIDNIGHT when we finally got there we asked if we could move to a different room and was told it would cost more. I guess they expected sudden overnight arrivals? So other than poor service at check-in, it was quiet. Breakfast was minimal (compared to other chains) but at least complimentary. Shuttle driver the next morning was sweet. But other than her, no one made us feel appreciated for our business. Would probably stay elsewhere next time.
