Beautiful historic hotel — excellent breakfast and quiet street. NOTE that there is NO elevator and the stairs are stone and spiral. It was fine for us but older people or anyone with balance issues needs to be careful

This is such a nice place to stay. The location was amazing easy walking and if you want to drive and see the wineries this was easy as well.

This abbey is historic. The lobby is like a catacomb. My room had a view of the nearby cathedral and the town of Beaune. The staff is super helpful. Breakfast is very good. There is a small pool although it's too short to swim laps and too deep to relax in. It's in the heart of Beaune do I could walk everywhere. It is not the place for you if you have trouble with stairs or balance. There is a spiral staircase with uneven steps to the rooms. My room had steep stairs to the bedrooms.

Very uncomfortable 72 steps to get in the room. Small stairs… bad breakfast… Very nice the abbey not a good place to stay because of the steps everywhere… no elevators for the luggage

Wonderful
What an amazing hotel, from the lobby to the room the place was beautiful. Was a treat to be able to stay in such an old and beautifully restored building. Staff was very kind and booked us a few activities for the day. We had an amazing stay. One thing to note is that the only way to most rooms is up quite a few stairs, so if you are less mobile this might not be the best choice.

A magical place.
We've wanted to stay here for a while, and on this trip it worked. We arrived very late (3 am, my fault) and the staff were perfectly OK about it because we had let them know. Our room was fantastic (Clos de Vougeot, well worth the upgrade) with a beautifully designed bathroom. Breakfast was good, although a little pricey. Pool is well worth a visit. Pet friendly. Lovely!

We had an enjoyable stay and found the room comfortable and very clean. Beautiful old building steeped in history. The town of Beaune is interesting and quaint with lovely little lanes and an abundance of dining options close by. Would recommend.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The front desk person did complain about helping with our suitcases. For such an upscale property, that surprised me. The breakfast was wonderful and ours was included in the rate. The room was really nice and comfortable. Not much light, but really nice. A lot of stairs, just so people understand. It is an old abbey.

This is a beautiful antique boutique hotel. The location is perfect, the property is perfect, and the staff was perfect. Parking is on the street very close. The hotel is on a very small 1 lane street, but is 50M from a bigger street with paid parking.

This is a gorgeous 12th century hotel. Beautiful ambiance! Breakfast was included in the stay - the food was fabulous. The Staff was very friendly and willing to offer recommendations on where to eat. The only downside for some is there are no elevators. You need to carry your suitcase and walk up a steep circular stairs. The stairs are steep without the suitcase. But totally worth the ambiance of the hotel!
