Comfortable
The hotel was clean, worked well, and was comfortable. The bed was also comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay, several food items and fairly good tasting. Management gave us a new room when the first floor window didn't lock appropriately.

My room was clean and comfortable. Close to most places of shopping. The hotel is still renovating, so the pool and fitness center was out of order. Other than that, the place is my go-to when I stay in Mansfield.

I knew the hotel was under renovation but not sure what was done and what wasn’t. Our room had loose molding in bathroom, paint not matching on the door, flooring seemed uneven. The room could have been cleaned a bit better. If walking barefoot your feet got dirty and it was vinyl flooring. Two biggest problems where the mattresses were too soft and the beds were way too high for a vertically challenged person to even get in. They need to trim down the bed frames by about 10 inches or supply step stools to get in the beds.

The rooms were wonderfully redone had a sitting area and very clean. When we got back to the hotel this morning i asked if we could be about 15 minutes late checking out and they said yes. We had done a 7K race and needed quick showers and change clothing. They were wonderful.
