This hotel has seen better days with the decor but on the other hand serves an excellent breakfast if you are gluten free like us . Convenient for the station and easy to get to local attractions. If you're not fussed about pristine paintwork it's good value for money. Beds really comfy!

Great central Copenhagen location
This is my chosen hotel every time I visit Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen. It directly opposite the central train station (Copenhagn H) and one minute from Tivoli Gardens. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't conment on restaurant facilities but the room is adequate for a few overnight stays.

We have had an amazing time. The hotel is 1 minute from the railwaystation and 5 minutes from the shopping centre. Dining at Angelino's was great and well affordable. Rooms old, but clean and cosy. Would recommend!

The central station, Tivoli Gardens, and Tivoli Food Hall are conveniently located just across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. I don't like the mattress because it's too soft, but I understand that it's a personal preference. I personally prefer my mattress to be firm.

No sleep in a beautiful property
Such a lovely hotel with a great breakfast, lovely bar (with the best service), nice room but…. I couldn’t sleep at all. The whole building was shaking every 30 seconds as something happened outside (which I still don’t know what it was). Also the lighting in the room didn’t work on two days. So I would’ve rated it 10/10 if I would’ve slept well and had lights but I think these things are quite vital for a hotel, so I would rate it 4-5/10

Disappointed
Booked a room with 3 single beds. When we arrived, they said that they didnt have any rooms with 3 single beds, but gave us a superior room and added a camp bed (which was uncomfortable). The room was superior as it had a balcony with a view of Tivoli gardens. In reality, the balcony was dangerously low, and the view was of the entrance to Tivoli gardens. Disappointed doesn't cover it.

Old style hotel with
We stayed two weeks at this hotel located just across the street from Tivoli Park and Food Hall, and next to the central train station. The location was ideal with both of our day trip meeting points a couple minutes walk away and the Metro and airport train or bus right there. There was also a fridge in the room! A rarity in Europe in our experience. Our room was on the sixth floor, great view, but with low beams which extended to the bed. It was a bit uncomfortable to get into bed on that side and there were a few head hits. We also had to ask for clean sheets after a week. The room cleaning was often late afternoon when we were back relaxing before dinner. Not ideal for our lifestyle. Several times we just dried our towels and left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door rather than have to leave the room and wait. That being said, the price was good, the 100 yr old elevator was amazing, the refrigerator was so useful for a 2 week stay, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was so so perfect!
