On three occasions, I asked the front desk for information, where to eat on the first night as referred to local restaurant across the street, which was subpar, The next time I asked about booking of River Cruise, and they told me that they were booked out for the next two months. There are over a dozen operators in the area, and this is a furthest from the truth. Lastly, my operator, Gate 1 travel, arranged transportation to the next location. The front desk told me that I need to meet with Gate 1 in the wrong location. Three different questions, three different front desk employees, all clueless.
