The hotel and room were very clean and well-renovated. The staff was polite and helpful--thank you for all of your help. I stayed at the Hotel Reytan twice at separate occasions, and have booked for my colleague in the past. We both enjoyed our stays. Reasonable price for the clean accommodations which is perfect when you're looking for a room just to crash in. Will always book at this property whenever I am visiting Warsaw. :)

This is a very nice hotel in the Mokotów area. The double room was modern, clean, and comfortable. A very nice coffee house a few steps away, plus some restaurants and bakeries. Due to (temporary) construction of the major streets in this area several public transportation options were suspended and the street was difficult to access. Otherwise I would say that the area was convenient. The main building is quite a bit better than the annex. In the summer try to get a room facing the street, since guests may be hanging out and talking in the courtyard at all hours. The staff tries to keep it quiet though. Overall, a very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood.

Good hotel. The customer service was good, although a bit more smiles and friendliness could be added. The rooms looked tidy, but there was visible dust in the corners. All in all, a nice basic hotel. The breakfast was delicious.

Friendly English speaking staff and a neat, centrally located (Mokotow) hotel. However my lights did not work and after checking in I mentioned this to the staff, they did not get fixed unfortunately, after being told they will get repaired. Great value for the price
Great value, clean, modern room at a very good price. I liked the lighting and the tons of storage space. Fast, efficient check in and checkout. The only downside is there’s no elevator, but everything else was excellent. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Warsaw.
