We arrived and i realized it was not the Interurban hotel that I meant to book, so be mindful that there are two in the area with similar names. However, Andrew was very upbeat and such a wonderful person to greet us. He was very knowledgeable about the area and willing to make adjustments to our reservation if needed. The property and room itself was very clean, with nice wood floors. The beds were soooo comfortable, and the bedroom has a ceiling fan to help keep cool. We got the family suite, and it was very comfortable for a family of 5. There is a full kithchen with dishes and utensils, full size fridge, stove, and microwave. My only disappointment was the error i made in booking the wrong hotel. But after staying, me and my husband both agree that we will definitely be back again. The area was quiet, and customer service was great. There's a gas station across the street and plenty of shopping and the Family Fun Center really close by. Very pleased with our stay.

Not Interurban Hotel!
First of all, Interurban Hotel and Interurban Suites Hotel are two completely different properties. We thought we made reservations at the Hotel and unfortunately we were not. Very disappointing when you see the pics online and it is not what you get. It looks to be an old apartment complex that they have quickly renovated and definitely did not pay any attention to detail. Cheaply done. Room was advertised as a King with a queen sofa bed. The sofa bed was a trundle and not a queen. The King size bed was hard and uncomfortable. The knob kept falling off in the shower. You could not get cold water in the shower, just hot. The toilet chain kept falling off. There are no phones in the room, so you have to use your cell to call the front desk. No extra linens for the trundle bed. Next time, I will definitely pay more attention when making reservations, very misleading.

The hotel was very nice and newly remodeled. Rooms were a decent size, I was pleasantly surprised. There isn’t anyone there from what seems to be the last check in until morning, but when I called for more towels they brought them within 15 minutes. Fun play space outside for kids. Only complaint is that at 2am the group upstairs was awake and I could hear them moving around, rolling suitcases and talking. Otherwise, no complaints and hotel exceeded our expectations!

Reserved a multiple beds in expedia but ended up with 1 bed and a sofabed that is very uncomfortable and ended up with terrible back pain. There's no trash can nor paper towel in the room. No beddings either and have to request to a single person in the property. We requested to be moved to a multiple neds but the attendant in the front lobby said that they are fully booked but there's barely people checked in that day. No AC unit in the bedroom only in the living room. Paid for multiple beds and tried disputing it to expedia but they cannot get hold of anybody in for office. I'm not sure on how this property will handle this but we are not a happy customer for the price we paid. We've been requesting for even a partial refund our stay. We could have go to other hotels that has better amenities and comfortable beds.

Think newly renovated motel. Overall a good stay. Really spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and new outdoor lounge area. Here are a few things they could have improved on: 1. Bathroom - The tub was old and the shower fixtures were wobbly. The water pressure was terrible and the shower curtain was flimsy. The soap dispensers were not labelled. There were a few tiny bottles of soaps to use too - all from different brands?? 2. Kitchen - If you provide a kitchen, why is there no dish rack? The room was for 5 people - there's just 1 set of 4 dishes. Coffee station is 3 k-cups, no tea, no kettle. There was a used sponge for us to use. 3. Living room - The blanket throws were terribly poor quality. It disintegrated as we used it. We were covered in lint. I think they were brand new but awful. 4. Cleanliness. This was not bad. When we checked in, they had literally just wiped the toilet seat so it was still wet. The garbage under the sink from the previous guest was still there. There was still a k-cup in the machine. 5. I think this is the most important issue: we booked a room with 1 king bed room, 1 queen bed room, and 1 double sofa bed. We got 2 queen beds and just a sofa. We didn't realize this as we got into the beds late at night. Didn't seem worth it to bring up. Pros: 1. Has a basic gym. 2. Very cute outdoor seating area with turf. 3. AC in the living room is surprisingly enough for the space. 4. Park right in front of room. 5. Friendly staff. 6. Convenient location.
