From Japan. This hotel is convenient especially for shopping, restaurants, access to the airport. The breakfast is also fancy and good. I am sure the expense is expensive compared to other hotel in the same area but worth it.

I was a bit skeptical when booking this hotel but it exceeded my expectations. The staff are friendly, the location is TOP NOTCH, and the rooms are large compared to other hotels. The breakfast was average but it gets the job done. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s very convenient to the train station. It’s a 20 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. There’s a mall across the street and there are several restaurants. Across the hotel is a bus stop to go to Santa Claus village.

Finnish staff are friendly at the hotel. Rooms are ok. The lobby is overrun woth lost tourists (on tour groups without) and their baggage - its really appalling you cant enter or leave the building safely with children as there are so many people.
