The breakfast was not that great hash browns were dry and, service was not there, asked for fresh towels and facecloths 3 times before I had to go down myself and get them . The pool is great. Has steps to gain access if you have mobility concerns. **Issue** is there is no accessible button to open the door to get you from the hallway to the pool. After much effort, I managed to get myself and walker through the door from the pool, only to be trapped, dripping wet and cold, with my walker unable to get out. Luckily a staff member heard me banging on the window to help me. The room was great and the cleaning staff were wonderful. There was also a person at the front desk who was kind but yes, it was not a fun night.

Black substance on sheets
The stay was good until i went to put my daughter to bed, when we pull the blankets dow there was some black substance all over the bed and pillows. I called front desk and they promptly changed the bed clothes. This leads me too believe the bed had not bed cleaned since last stay.
