Dana, concierge is very accommodating. Other staffs are welcoming. Lobby was very festive and clean. The room offers a great view. Didnā€™t stay long but when we enters our room we feel very comfortable and able to rest well.

We had to tell the young man with a red plaid shirt that the tray had no eggs left - he took forever to bring more eggs. He had a ā€œcouldnā€™t care less attitudeā€. Perhaps he should be reassigned; hospitality is not his forte.

Great room and view
The property is very nice. We had a great view of Lake Lucille from our balcony and were able to watch some water planes take off from the lake. I wish we were staying longer. The room itself was fairly modern, clean and comfortable. We booked just for one night because we ended up staying too late in Anchorage to make the drive to Fairbanks.
